Grilled Wilderness Fresh Water Shark Fillets

2 pounds deboned and washed Northern Pike fillets.  Pat dry and set aside.  make sure that you have 2 fillets at 1 pound each, or as close as possible
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 oz. diced pimiento
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Place the two pike fillets in center of 18″ x 18″ tin foil.  Sprinkle fillet with cumin, pepper, nutmeg, seasoned salt and garlic powder.  Sprinkle Northern Pike fillets evenly with pimento, onion, and green pepper.  Dot with butter.  Fold sides and ends of tin foil, lock and crimp tightly.  Cut another piece of tin foil and cover and lock and crimp together with the sides and ends of foil and crimp tightly.  Place on grate for 6 to 9 minutes.  Turn over and cook another 5 to 8 minutes.
