The treasury reported $7,734.00. Still have plaques and trophies for tournament at Fort Peck and Keyhole and few more items to get made up for Tournaments, like flyers.

Old Business: Bob Rausch brought up about the club taking over the Waterwolf Magazine.  Handed out information about advertising in the Waterwolf.  A Full page Advertising is: Back Cover - Outside is $250.00, Front Cover Inside is $200.00, Back Cover Inside is $ 200.00 and Inside Magazine $125.00;  Half Page Advertising Inside is $90.00; Quarter Page Advertising Inside  is $55.00; Eighth Page Advertising Inside is $35.00.  In Fisherman gave the club written permission to use their articles as well as Esoxx Magazine.  Information and Articles can only be used as long as the magazine is not for sale.  Stewart Merritt suggested putting water wolf magazine on the Webpage.

More Show - Getting new fish from gentleman in Big Fork - 29lbs.  Everything is ready to go.

Tournament - Boats need to be washed before boat is launched.  Does not need to be washed if boat is taken out for the night and re-launched the next day.  Fort Peck Tournament hours - Saturday 7:30 - 5:00 and Sunday 7:30 - 1:00.  Keyhole Tournament - Need Wyoming fishing license $10.00 a day or $65.00 a year. Need to amend rules and regulations about washing boats prior to launching boats.  Weigh boats for tournament are taken care of.  Grand Prize Drawing at Fort Peck Tournament is 4 days fishing and 5 nights lodging plus boat rental at Last Mountain Lake in Canada.

Camp Make a Dream - Clay Buckmiller handed out information about the camp.  Club passed the hat again to finish collecting the $500.00 to send 1 kid to the camp for 1 week.  $543.00 was raised.  Total to date is $366.00.

Dick Kimmerman  brought in lifejacket loaner box that he built to place at Fort Peck.  Need to Get lettering either stenciled on or Etched into the wood.  Montana Pikemasters lifejacket loaner program along with the club logos and then polyurethane on

Kids fishing day is June 7th Barbecue is questionable now.  June 8th is Fishing Day.  Barbecue can not be held at wal-mart due to McDonalds.  So the club is considering a car wash instead.  The fishing day will be held at the Laurel Pond.

Christmas tree drop is scheduled for March or April.

Gena Young from Cystic Fibrosis tournament is Scheduled for August 1st and 2nd at Main Marina at Fort Peck Lake.  Looking for Weigh Boats and people to fish Tournament. Cost for 1 team is $175.00 that is including lunch at Outback Steakhouse.  July 25th is the Luncheon and rules meeting for Donations and team.  Raffle tickets for a weekend at Big Sky Includes condo that sleeps 10 for 3 days and 2 nights plus 2 Fishing poles.

It was passed to purchase and donate pike fishing videos to public library.

Next Meeting is April 3rd, 2003 at the Eagles Lodge. Be sure to come and buy some raffle tickets for the prizes.
