On April 3rd, 2003.  The Montana Pikemasters Billings Chapter held its monthly meeting at the Eagles Lodge in Billings, MT. 

The treasury reported $7,734.00. Still have plaques and trophies for tournament at Fort Peck and Keyhole and few more items to get made up for Tournaments, like flyers.

MORE Show - Took in $977.00.  Need to find another person possibly to buy a full booth and then split it in two. 

Fishing Day - Tom Reiter wants to get as many people as we can get want to come up to Fort Peck at his place in Nashua, MT, for fishing weekend at Fort Peck.  We need to get with Tom to see if MAy 2-4 or 16-18.  Bob Rausch will get back to us on this.

Kids fishing day is June 8th We will be having a car wash in the West end Wal-mart between Toys'R'us and Wal-mart. We will be having the Carwash on June 7th.   The fishing day will be held at the Laurel Pond. Hog Wild Catering is donating Barbecue including food & beverages at the Kids Fishing Day.  We are still having a problem with Wal-mart on their $500.00 donation.  Because of the Fed ID #.  That we were issued from the Federal Government is not recognizable to there corporate office.  Clay Buckmiller is still working on the problem.

Christmas tree drop is nearing at Lake Elmo the date for the Trees is May 10th.  We will have to get the block there by May 9th.  Clay will have the trees loaded & there Saturday Morning.  Clay will verify this date with the Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks.  Club will buy lunch or Nicole Stauduhak will barbecue food while trees are being rigged and dropped.

Walleyes Unlimited invited all Pikemasters Members, to their meeting on April 10, 2003 to listen to a speaker Vince Yanonn on Native Species.

Stewart Merritt - announced that Montana Honda & Marine now has bulk oil for Yamaha & Mercury engines for $11.95/gal.

Clay Buckmiller is bringing tapes for the club to by & to donate to the Public Library.

Oke-Bay ramp has been poured and should be open by 18th of March from Billings Gazette.

Next Meeting is May 1st, 2003 at the Eagles Lodge. Be sure to come and buy some raffle tickets for the prizes.
