Looking forward
to a busy year
September, 2005
Welcome back for another year of events and activities that help keep this club going. Without your support we would not be able to achieve the success we’ve had in our projects with Fish, Wildlife and Parks, Camp Make-A-Dream, Kids Fishing Day and the banquet. I think that this year will prove to be a very productive one with the projects at Fort Peck and Tongue River Reserevoir and an even bigger banquet.
Well, I suppose the suspense has been eating away at you long enough, so here’s the results of the election in July. President- Tom Reiter, Vice-Pres.- Becky Heil, Sect./Tres.- Joe Stenglein. In the six years this club has been around, we have grown not so much in membership but in recognition by our peers as people who get things done. With Tom's experience and ability to communicate with other clubs around the state, we will be able to work towards better fishing for everyone. Becky has always been around to help and Joes attention to detail keeps us in the black. Congratulations to all of you.
Keyhole Tournament is only 3 weeks away, Sept. 17th & 18th. Teams from Wyoming Are signing up and let's get the Montana Side to outdo ’em, so get your application at the meeting or on the web page for a real fun time. Campsites or the motel are available by calling the Keyhole Marina at 1-307-756-9529. Entry fee is $125.00 per two person team.
I know it may seem early but to make for a more efficient and bigger banquet, maybe we can start committing donations from the various supporters we’ve had in the past. I believe the fish has already been ordered.
See You At The Meeting,
