Stratton-Stratton win 2003 Keyhole pike tourney

Don and Russ Stratton weighed in 27.25 pounds of northern pike to win the Billings PikeMasters Tournament on Wyoming's Keyhole Reservoir last weekend.

The Strattons won $522 in topping the 24-team field in the one-day tourney. Scott Appley and Mike Williamsen won $384 for their runnerup finish with a weight of 22.99 pounds.

The biggest northern caught weighed 17.61 pounds and was taken by Edwin Calkins. The largest walleye was caught by Jamie Buckmiller who won a $175 jackpot for her efforts.

Top finishers in the tournament were:
1. Don Stratton-Russ Stratton, 27.25 pounds.
2. Scott Appley-Mike Williamsen, 22.99.
3. James Mauger-Desiree Hammond, 21.61.
4. Keith Riggle-Alley Latvedt, 18.08.
5. Edwin Calkins-John Clayton, 17.61.
6. Greg Heil-Becky Heil, 14.61.
